Tips For Completing An Error-Free Application

  1. You must pass a notary exam before submitting your application. If you do not include your exam certificate of completion, the Secretary of State will not accept your application.
  2. You must print and sign your application in ink before mailing it to the Secretary of State. Online applications are not permitted.
  3. The final notary application requires a $60 filing fee that goes to the Secretary of State. Your application must also be notarized by a notary in good standing in the State of Wyoming.
