Refund Request
- After 60 days of your application and/or payment being received via our website or mail, no refunds will be given.
- Within 31-60 days of your application and/or payment being received via our website or mail, a 50% refund will be given.
- Within 30 days of your application and/or payment being received via our website or mail, a refund will be given less a $50 service fee.
Notaries.com cannot refund notary bond premium, errors & omissions premium or state fees if your notary application is already in process at the state. ANY NOTARY EDUCATION, SIGNING AGENT COURSE OR BACKGROUND CHECK IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
Once your request is approved by our accounting department, it will be processed within 10 business days.
