Oklahoma Notary Package
Our basic Oklahoma Notary package includes your state required $1,000 notary bond, a record keeping journal, customized self-inking notary stamp (choice of 12 colors) and a frameable notary certificate.
The state of Oklahoma requires all notary applicants to purchase a bond, but they do not provide one. You must purchase a bond from a notary bonding agency such as Notaries.com which includes an Oath of Office and Loyalty Oath (included in our package).
You must sign your notary bond, complete the Oath of Office and Loyalty Oath, and have them notarized before sending them to the state! Use whatever name you want appearing on your official seal of office and make sure you use the exact same name on both the bond and application.
The final notary application requires a $25 filing fee that goes to the Secretary of State. Your notary bond and loyalty oath must also be notarized by a notary in good standing in the State of Oklahoma.
