Once commissioned by the state, we send your notary package.
Alaska Notary Package
Our Alaska Notary package includes your state-required $2,500 notary bond, a record-keeping journal, a customized self-inking notary stamp (choice of 12 colors) and a frameable notary certificate.
The Alaska Office of the Lieutenant Governor does not provide notary bonds. You must purchase a bond from a notary bonding agency such as Notaries.com (included in our package).
You must sign your surety bond before sending it to the state. You can choose your name of choice to appear on your official seal of office, but make sure you use the exact same name on both the bond and application.
The Alaska Office of the Lieutenant Governor will only accept notary applications that are notarized. You must also include the original bond and the $40 state filing fee.
